Pathways is a self-service administrative tool that helps you organise your own Australian visa application. It provides checklists, document storage, deadline tracking and general information drawn from publicly available government sources.
Pathways does not provide immigration assistance, legal advice, or migration advice. We are not registered migration agents or legal practitioners. Nothing in this app is a recommendation about what you should do in your individual circumstances. For advice about your matter, consult a registered migration agent (MARA) or an Australian legal practitioner.
Processing times, fees, eligibility criteria and checklists are generated in part automatically and may be incomplete or out of date. Government requirements change frequently. You must verify all information against the Department of Home Affairs website before relying on it. You are solely responsible for your application, its content, and meeting its deadlines.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must not share, resell or republish Pathways content.
Pathways charges a one-off platform fee per visa roadmap, shown before you pay. This fee is separate from, and does not include, any Australian Government visa application charge, which you pay directly to the Department of Home Affairs. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

To the extent permitted by law, Pathways is not liable for any visa refusal, delay, missed deadline, financial loss or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
You may stop using Pathways at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or are used unlawfully.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
